RETURN POLICY

On this page you can find all the information you need about returns and our refund policy. However, please do not ship out your item without sending us a refund/exchange request. To start off the process of a return, please contact us first by e-mail at returns@janjewelz.com including your order number and we will further assist you. Please briefly motivate your return, so we can be of better service to you and other customers in the future.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

Our policy lasts 14 days. Items can only be returned or exchanged within 14 days after receiving them. If 14 days have gone by since your item arrived, unfortunately you can not request a refund/exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, with the original jewellery bag included and not be worn. If we find that it has been worn, we will send the items back to you.

If you want to exchange for a different product entirely, you may need to pay the difference in your currency.

We do not refund shipping fees for returns.


RETURN EXCLUSIONS

Please note we cannot refund or exchange earrings because of hygiene reasons. This policy is there for the protection and health of the customers. Please read our product description carefully before purchasing. Custom-made items are also not refundable. However, we are able to refund such items if it is faulty or damaged upon arrival. 

We allow refunds on most sale items, sets and promotions, except final sale items. These items will be marked 'Final Sale' on the product page and are not eligible for a refund.

You can return one of the products of a set or promotion. This option will give you a refund of that item in the discounted price. Since earrings are non-refundable, therefore the set or promotion is non-refundable.


REFUND

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be refunded to your credit card or original method of payment. Depending on which payment method you used, this refund can take up to two weeks after notification. 

The refund does not include the shipping costs for the original order.
The refund does not include the shipping costs due to the return.
The refund does not include the additional costs due to import taxes or customs clearance of the original order (if applicable).
The refund only includes the original price of the returned item.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return. We recommend shipping with track & trace and always keep your proof of shipping until the return process is completed. We are not responsible in case your package gets lost. Please don’t forget to include your order number, otherwise we will not be able to trace back your returned order.
